Product Range

The SurLok Plus series comes in three sizes, each available as plugs (male), sockets (female), and pre-assembled cables. Orange denotes positive, black denotes negative — standard DC colour coding for safe polarity identification.

🔋 Battery Plugs

Male connectors that attach to the cable. Available in orange (positive) and black (negative). Cable entry sizes from 16mm² to 120mm².

🔌 Battery Sockets

Female connectors that mount on the battery or bus bar. Four termination types: threaded bar (M), outer thread (LD), inner thread (LM), and crimp (H).

🔗 Pre-Assembled Cables

Socket Termination Types

All sockets share the same external appearance — the difference is how the conductor connects internally. Choose the termination type that matches your installation.

⬤ Threaded Bar (M)

Stud passes straight through. Most common — ideal for bus bars and flat terminals.

⬤ Outer Thread (LD)

Stud inserts from outside. External threads for through-panel mounting.

⬤ Inner Thread (LM)

Stud screws in from inside. Flush mount for confined spaces.

⬤ Crimp (H)

Direct cable crimp — no stud required. Best for permanent assemblies.

Colour Coding

Orange — Positive (+)

Positive DC connections. Immediately visible for safety compliance checks.

Black — Negative (−)

Negative DC connections. Standard industrial colour for ground and return paths.
